RAAD Streetwear Clothing Online Store
A clothing store that gets shoppers to the right size without a fitting room: a full colour-by-size matrix, a measured size chart per garment, and seven-day returns.
A storefront for goods whose buyers ask about material and capacity long before price — with buying guidance and a kitchen sizing tool.

A kitchenware and tableware online store with 35 products, buying and care guidance broken down by material, and a sizing tool that lands straight on catalogue filters.
Serme is a kitchenware online store: pots and pans, knives, pitchers and serving dishes, tea and coffee sets and full dinner services. The client already handled sourcing and stock. What they lacked was a storefront that answered the questions cookware buyers actually ask.
Before asking the price, a cookware buyer asks three things: what it is made of, how many people it serves, and whether it works on an induction hob. The previous store carried none of these as filters, so the same three questions came back over the phone every day.
Purchase risk was the second problem. An unsuitable pot gets returned, and breakable goods take damage on the way back. Every answer moved onto the product page is one fewer return.
The catalogue was filtered on exactly those criteria: material, capacity and hob compatibility. Technical specifications moved onto the product page as structured rows rather than a long description, so two items can be compared at a glance.
Two guide pages were added — one explaining five criteria for choosing pots and knives before price enters the picture, the other covering care and washing by material. In place of a newsletter form that leads nowhere, a sizing tool takes kitchen dimensions and links directly to the matching catalogue filter.
Questions that used to repeat over the phone now have answers on the product page itself. Store data is published as structured data (schema.org/HomeGoodsStore) so the address and opening hours render correctly in search results.
The catalogue went live with 35 items across 72 variants, and eight content pages were written: buying guide, care guide, shipping and returns, frequently asked questions, terms and privacy, plus the about and contact pages.
Breakable goods carry their own packing conditions, and those conditions are stated on the shipping page rather than discovered at handover. Value-added tax sits as its own line on the invoice, so a buyer can see exactly what each part of the total pays for.
An admin panel for products, orders, coupons, customers and reports was delivered, and both the tax percentage and the free-shipping threshold are set from it. For a kitchenware online store that means a seasonal price change is the shop owner's job, not a support ticket.
